But I am very curious about the whole East Beaver Creek situation. It appears to be the closest we have to a red light district, with some legit exceptions. Which is rather funny in a prudish province like Ontario. Is the Richmond Hill city counsil just incredibly naive, or is it just condoned, or does some money change hands behind the scenes, because I cannot recall any checks being made ever. Yes that is why I added a comment to the moderators, just in case. Because this forum is a triple edged sword. It gives us a means to share valuable information, it tells spa owners what their girls are doing (for this reason I rarely mention names) and it tells law enforcement what is happening where.

Usually, they do some regular inspections every Thursday in end of November and early December. But not this year cuz City of Richmond Hill employees are on strike since 5 - 6 weeks ago.
