I actually doubt it. They keep moving girls from other spas to here - and that's how they do most of their "marketing" (i.e. "oh, this MPA works at this other spa on East Beaver Creek"). And the fellas wonder why they want to see the same girl somewhere else when the room fee is higher? LOL! You will be surprised to learn how many girls quit working here. As an example, Sherry was awesome and one of my favourites. I think Sherry was around when OG_funguy was the promoter. There was another "Ella" before and her hard massage was top-notch.

The rent must be higher too given that they have 2 floors perhaps. (Not that I have taken a measuring tape to calculate the square footage overall... )

Well, it depends. Taxes go up, and so does my income. Perhaps, I'd pay the MPA more in terms of "tips", but the room fee is really low on my list of priorities. Just my 2 cents.

But the owner only gets a portion of the room fees to cover the overhead. The tips you pay doesn’t go to the spa.

That's not my concern. At the end of the day, other spas are not increasing the room fee. There are better options out there for customers. I'm not paying out of sympathy, and the spa owners are not serving us out of sympathy either.

Then you may go to another spa charging only $60 per hour. It is a consumer's choice. BN will handle the impact on their business because of the higher room fee.

At the end of the day, we may see the same girls at IU, EB and E&M. We don't need to pay more. Your choice.

Mr below AverageJoe, If you have to worry about 10 dollars difference in room fees, you're in the wrong hobby. Serene Ocean has raised their prices since 2 plus yrs ago to 50/60/70 and still doing well. So is HR, and so is GRW. There is no other semi legit spa near BN, no competition and they're doing well.They did 24 on a very heavy snow day last Sunday when most of the spas in East Beaver were closed. They have girls from I&U, BU, E&M, REinella and EB. Members who lives around there go to see those girls at BN and willing to pay 10 bucks more instead of driving dowm all the way to Markham Richmond Hill in heavy traffic. It saves them time and money on gas. A guy with common sense can easily figure that out.

They need to add more showers here. The one upstairs always runs out of hot water too
