Because it’s common if the driver is a criminal he would get out with his gun. Therefore cops don’t expect you to get out of your car.

What I am saying here is - Many things here are based on the fact that one would posses a gun.

Everyone here has gun. And this restricts LE during sting operations. Which is a good thing.
