It is completely dependent on the rapport you build with the staff and the owner - the simple calculation being that the owner expects X revenue from a table for an hour... Now whether he gets that X through his share in the tip, the commission on 20s or the mark up on the drinks it does not matter to him...

Most sbs/dbs would not allow you to pull such pranks as they dont make much money from the tips and 20s commission... since you tip the girls in the dark, they cant even get a fair share from her...

Hence the waiters/managers always pester you for drinks for yourself and the girl in sb/dbs but the ob staff lets you enjoy...

Some use to charge Rs 150 per peg and some Rs 200 per peg..With Soda free..
