It reminds me one incidence from my regular DB...the DJ guy was not playing to my requested songs...after waiting for 20 min..I just got up and left the bar...after that I have not gone to that place for almost 10 days... meanwhile manager, owner called me many times and apologize to me..after that DJ guy always take my request in priority list.You are absolutely wrong my dear friend.
If you are a decent and regular customer than they will give proper response to you and the staff who creating problem will get a good lesson from top management.
Even Amazon and Taj give priorities to their customer so why not these bars will hear to their customers.
Last week I went to db and ordered quarter .As soon as waiter made the peg and one regular girl come and sit beside me, I have got the call on my phone and I have to leave the bar at that moment.
I make the girl know that I have to leave and asked for bill.
The whole staff Red coats waiter Manager come and asked me ki Sir naraaj hoker to nahi jaa rahe, kuch hua to boliye.
Lastly the girl convince them that he got some urgent call that is why he is leaving.
The bar and girl work on the same rule which was mentioned by Paresh Rawal in film Mohra
“Champa rani apna mard badal sakti hai per apne Customers nahi”
Just give a try you will not loose anything and sometimes or most of the times it works.

(P.S. If I dislike someone from staff in bar I ask manager to change them and they always respond positively but I faced this type of situation rarely)
