I am not at all under any fear but this new year will be different for me, family is out of town between 22 Dec till 2 Jan. I can't seat at home alone, now thinking that rather than giving izzat in office why not to book girls between this period for a nice amount to be paid outside bar. Overall collection level is fucked up so girls will be happy to get decent amount outside as well and will forget about their so called izzat. But I don't agree that my understanding of crimes is superficial. As a cyber forensics professional I have worked closely with LE agencies across the world and have deeper understanding of crimes than most. - A vigilante cop anally-raping a prostitute for breaking the law
- A politician sticking it into a woman for doing her a favor
- A boss in office favoring a girl who sleeps with him and then not delivering the promised reward
- A man fucking his widowed sister-in-law in exchange for shelter in his home
- A soldier in a war-torn country seeking a blow-job to hand over an extra food packet to a refugee woman
- A man having sex with his own wife when she is sick
- A man having sex with a woman with a promise of marriage and then reneging
- A man having sex with a woman who is drunk.
- A man having anal-sex with a woman when she is in a passed out state
- A man manipulating his way into sex with a woman leveraging a particular emotionally vulnerable state that she might be in at that stage.

Rape is a complicated crime. In some of the cases mentioned above people may blame the female. In some cases the female may actually frame the man too. The people who indulge in these forms of rapes are not necessarily the scums of the earth who are involved in brutal rapes. These are men who are ordinary in nature who were looking for an outlet and an opportunity presented itself.
Easy access to Transactional sex like the one provided by brothels, strip clubs, DBs, SBs etc provide an easy outlet for people to live out their fantasies or to let of steam. That is the purpose they serve. And that is why I think they should be allowed. Legalizing them will also allow for better governance. Exploitation of minors, migrants etc can also be stopped if this is legalized. I think many countries have already done this.

This is off topic; with regard to the Hyderabad incident, the crime could have been prevented. The police assumed that she had eloped and took no action for 12 hours. As the girl was being raped in the vicinity of her highlighted location.

It gave the perpetrators enough time to destroy the evidence. Emotions were running high post the incident and these cops were under a lot of pressure. Under such circumstances they could have made scapegoats out of some poor simpletons. We are not privy to the facts and cannot state with certainty that the accused are indeed guilty.

Why only women? Men can be raped too.

I always failed to understand why these girls want high end phone...i think for them this small bar set up is like entire world where they want to be better than other girls and to show off what all they have been gifted.

I have 2 permanent girls ... Luckily I was able to teach them that at the cost of iphone their 2 months expenses can be taken care off ... So stay away from the rat race.

Both of them agreed for not to celebrate their birthday or new year at their office ... Rather they can spend good time with me and will be rewarded handsomely.

But sometimes you have to take care of their ego or so called izzat.

The game is simple for us izzat is someone else in our office or home or social network... for them collection made on these 2 days (on diwali they won't ask you for collection but they will ask for gift either high end phone or jewelry).

Whatever I am getting now was being planted in last year new year when normal people are under fear to go to these bars.

Bro, it's our choice how we want to take it but a smart guy can turn these situations in his favour with lesser damage financial....it's bit tricky...i dont call myself who has mastered these instead I am lucky enough to convince them.

MUMBAI Area..Few bars I have been patronising are coming up with a promotional scheme to attract customers by issuing a rate card for drinks which is substantially low than what is the current rate( from 24th Dec till 1st Jan)

Bars in a bad state, Mumbai side business is very low

But girls are still fussy and high headed because they have a list of customers who help them even if the business is low

I am not a regular visitor to bar, also I don't pick girls so don't bother about making rapport with waiters , I normally visit twice a month, my avarage spending is arround 5k per visit.. I can stratch a little bit on occasions like birthday, new year Eve but 50k is far far ahead of my reach. Anyways I am not hitting bar this new year Eve
