Ranchi to mumbai flight book kiya tha jo cancel ho gya.. mail aaya ki customer care pr baat kro.. jo ki lag hi nhi raha... Do emails daal chuka hu website se leke.. jiska koi response nhi other than ek token number.
Customer care ka number to lag hi nhi raha ki token number ka status puch saku. Email ka bhi koi response nahi de rhe.

You can try contacting them on twitter ... most of the people within service industry have handlers managing there social media account and don't allow this to shoot up out there. You can enquire and if not supported then tag people belonging to go air along with your mails. It helps. Atleast it helped me during my issue with Jet Airways once and trust I was on fault out there but still they went ahead and offered me a free ticket against my No call no show of 3 tickets with my family ...

There are a lot of folks in the same situation as yours who have reached out to GoAir on Twitter. Per their tweets, GoAir is not offering refunds at this time.
Here is their standard reply at this point:
"
Hi, we fully empathize with you and will automatically preserve the value of your fare for a future booking. You can rebook online using your PNR under the "Manage Booking" option at http://goair.in or our app.
"

Until last month (when domestic airlines were not flying), their response was different, but along the same lines:
"
Hi, unfortunately, as the current event is beyond our control, we are unable to offer free cancels & refunds. For more details, you can check our website http://goair.in or our app.

hey guys, i recently downloaded bigo app and i see and also read here that it offers a virtual alternative to db.. but the whole app still looks confusing to me..
1) The girl normally says "mujhe support karo". how is that to be done ?
is it by sending some gifts etc ? what is the safe way of paying for this ?

2) as opposed to db, where the girl only performs for you, here i guess there are about 200-300 guys watching here. so whats the tips to score points here so that you can get closer to the girl ?

1 )Yes,Support means ,gift them , they have target of bean collection based on that they get salary + commission. Total payout to them is arround 30% of total earnings.
I prefer to pay by Paytm as I can pay via my mongering mobile number. Waise sab safe hai. Bigo is big company
2) There is no guarantee that you will get what you want , it depends on girls type. You have to crack right girl. Choose poor and gready one. And stick your support to that girl only. Don't waste your on every girl.
only tip is to support them and ask them for their number in inbox(private message). There are private broads also , girls takes only those guys in it who supports them.
3)pk chutiya banane ka dhandha hai. Do ladkiyan game khelti hai, jiske supporter jayeda gift wo Jeet jati hai. This help them to complete their target.
4) extra tip: jayeda paise tab tak mat dalo jab tak app samjh na aa jaye. Suruwat minimum recharge amount se karo par maza paise kharcha karne pe hi hai. It is just for timepass. Db/sb is best.

One more trick, suppose you have already spend lot of time and money on one girl. And if you see that girl is online as guest. Go and open your own private broad. Share your broad to her. She will definitely come. In this private space both of you can talk what you can't talk infront of 200 people.

Bro jitne logo se baat karoge utne dates milenge. Wait for govt delaring last unlockdown date for malls theaters and bars. You may get few bars opened by that date or later in week or two. But i guess this distance ka funda will bore us plus all girls wont be available initially. So just wait for last unlockdown date first. Fingures crossed

World's WORST airlines.. Once they cheated my money in 2007, since then I never booked my journey in Go Air.. Even if they offer me free ticket, then also I'll not fly with them. I couldn't fight with them since during those days I was working in abroad. So I missed opportunity to get my money back.
Hopefully you've to fight a lot because THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CHEATER IN INDIA.

I am always wary of booking flights with GoAir as they are worst of the lot.. but the timing was very convenient for me as there are only two flights operating other being IndiGo early morning one...
I have already written on their twitter account..
Emails haven't been replied by them .. their customer care numbers are not working..
I think I just have to keep on following up.. or I can kiss goodbye to my money..
