These things sound good when you can think clearly, but practically impossible. There may be issues like no network inside the bar to book OLA or delay in OLA arriving. Also getting 2 autos and bar guy to come with you may not be possible always. And when you do this extra precautions, won't it be giving indications to the waiters and girls that you are scared. More chances of one of them alerting LE guys if you suspect insider job.

When you take a bar girl for entry, most of the time you are drunk or high, the girl also may be, you get attracted by the girl and you are not thinking clearly. Your 'little brother' does the thinking, and he is stupid - he doesn't know logic and common sense, he knows only one emotion.

What's the best thing to do then? Like many of the seniors have suggested, make friends with coatwalas, give them good tips happily. Take the girl through them. Use their autos and lodge, chances of any such bad incidents is reduced (may not be 100%). Go always with a girl you know or through a coatwala you know, never with a new girl and a new coatwala (at least one of them should be known to you). That's the best we can do.

Accept that such things happen. In a mongering life of 10-20 years, 1 or 2 such incidents may be unavoidable. Agreed, it is a bad situation and we should avoid as much as possible, but if it happens, it happens. It may be a good story to tell your grandchildren, 30-40 years down the line. Something like:
You: Beta, when your grandpa was young, he was a hero in mongering. I want to tell you about an incident with police. Grandpa picked up a girl from Kishor bar. In 2018. Or was it 2017. I think it's 2018, no 2017. Or was it 2016. mmmm
Grandson: Does it matter, which year it was?
You: Yeah, it doesn't matter. Let me tell you about Kishor. That was the best SB in whole of India. People use to come from all parts, far away to enjoy. It used to get crowded by 3pm itself. But your grandpa was regular there and was a Frequent Flier, so used to get the best table anytime I went.
Grandson: Grandpa, the police incident...
You: Oh yeah. Did I tell you about the girl? She was the best in the bar line, not only Kishor, but best in all the bars in Mumbai area. She got some Miss. SB award also. 2 times or was it 3 times. I think 2.

As @mongerking26 indicated in his post, this girl with the short hair in Mayur is Mariya. She has a great figure, but I would like to add that although she is good to talk to, she does not allow much action in the bar. If you are looking for action (groping, kissing etc.), look elsewhere.

If you like Aunty-types, then you will love Sai Darbar. It has 2 floors with more action possible on the ground floor as it is darker. Personally. I prefer younger (18yrs-25yrs) girls and hence would skip Sai Darbar and go to Sneha instead which is in the same building but on the back side Sneha has a mix of both young chicks as well as aunty-types.

BUT.... both Sai Darbar and Sneha are no competition for Kishore which is less than 5 minutes away (by auto) and has a much higher quality of girls for the same price range. Note that you can get a HJ in Sai Darbar and Sneha, but not in Kishore because it is too brightly lit.

Having said that, you can potentially have a great time in any of these SBs as long as you find the "right fun loving" girl.

I would recommend going through the Dubai Reports on ISG. There is a lot of great information available there. Generally speaking, there a number of great pickup clubs in Dubai as mentioned by @KoolShot in his reply to you. I would like to add that some nationalities tend to flock to certain clubs. So for example, you will find a lot of Filipinas in some clubs and Russians (or Uzbeg, Khazaks, Turks - "Stanis" as they are commonly know in Dubai) in others. In some others you will find a nice mix of all nationalities. As @KoolShot indicated, the prices are much higher compared to India. One downside is that most girls from these clubs expect you to take them back to your hotel, so make sure your hotel is girl-friendly. I would recommend RTFF (the ISG thread) and then book your hotel accordingly. Another downside is that most of these girls from Central and East Asia are not fluent in English, so expect to use universal sign language for communicating with them.

Another tip: Avoid Indian and Pakistani girls in the Dubai clubs. They are notorious for their lackluster service. There is no point paying high prices for shitty service in Dubai when you get better desi maal at a fraction of the price in Navi Mumbai.

Sabina is an extremely oversmart girl. Good assets though.
I don't think the girl will be hand in glove with LE. Specially LE while on duty and in uniform and that too in evening time.
It was an eye opener for me at least. I am always afraid of taking out of bar for entry. I am now absolutely not doing it.
As I always said.. it' better to catch up with these girls during day time around 12. They are sober and not pressed for time then. Additionally 12 is too early for even the LE to get into action

I had a lot of family stuff lined up on this trip and hence could not spend as much time in the Navi Mumbai bars as I wanted to, but I was able to enjoy Mayur, Kishore, Sneha and Sangeet (FRs posted for all these visits last month).

Now I am back in the US, enjoying all nude lap dances in strip-clubs in my town. I am sure @Rudra Kumar can relate to that

Db s won' open before 6.. no point going before 7 30. All dbs allow entry. Only constraint is the trust factor and the cost.
If u looking higher end.. try kings (Beside royal orchid hotel ) or sawli in koparkhaairane .. or whitehouse nerul
For medium ones try Rasna in turbhe janata market
Lower ones include places like kishore Sneha and mayur

Surely it will come. Have seen Vegas strip clubs. No fear of LE nothing. Females also enjoy in such strip clubs. Even I have seen some Indian girls to such strip clubs. Obviously they were just watching the fun
