The worst that can happen is that the insurance company will delist that particular healthcare provider business as of a certain date.

All the big insurance companies have lists of businesses that they will no longer cover , period.

Based on what I saw, many rehabilitation and chiropodist have been delisted due to fraud issues, so if you put a claim in, they just reject it.

Exactly! On my last claim, I was told to go back to the service provider, ask for a refund and then re-pay with cheque or credit I just hate them.

On a side note, look up the service provider through their website. They are more lenient towards them.

You need to read the $20 quickie thread on here, or was that the Red board, anyways, many Asian holistics (Doubletree was the one that was written the most about), that offer a quick 5 minute HJ for total of $20, period.
