It's the food they intake through their daily diets. Take an Asian girl born in Canada, feed her a North American diet of nuggets, burgers and pop. Have her smoke and drink etc. And she will look terrible in her 30s and 40s, just like the typical white girl.

Genetics seems to be more important than diet. Many Asian women have switched over to a westernized, relatively higher fat diet anyway. Also Asian females grow taller and develop early in the West, maybe due to different environments and foods and perhaps genetically modified hormone laced diets. I have seen some Asian woman born in N. America who look very healthy and I know two full bodied Japanese ladies in Toronto who grew up here and are much bigger than their foreign born mothers. In an adult female, genetics would dictate their appearance much more than diet would but some people still believe in diet which is why Olympic gold medal athletes get big endorsements from food companies to peddle their foods.
