Some good points have been made about providing good customer service. I agree that should be a foundation of a good business model and I hope Maggie does a better job at this....it appears recently, that is changing...

As a customer, treat the ladies with respect!!! Not only to get the best service, but just simply being a good person. If you are unsatisfied, talk to the person and hopefully it can be a better experience the next time.

I dont have skin in the game....I hope Maggie and Krayzee treat customers with the respect they deserve as the customers spend hard earned money at the spa and they could go elsewhere. Provide good service for good customers...without customers, there is no business...

I also hope the customers who have been bashing the spa, can step back and treat Maggie respectfully!!!

it is a bit too late for that. She thinks her spa is the #1 in the city. In reality her place isn't. She doesn't seem to understand how western culture works. first impression is very important. I worked in 2 brand new stores in the past. I remember one of the mangers there told me and my colleagues first impression is important. Remember there are competitions. You can't deliver, customers will go somewhere else.

Nah I disagree, I think this thread is a clear reflection of the customer service at the spa. Why else would the owner be in these threads yelling and calling customers names ?

Agreed but it’s not just for western culture but for any culture.
Spas in Markham and RH are in a red ocean business (cut throat) because the competitions are not a joke. This day guys are more selective because its been harder to make money than everybody than pre pandemic.
If I am getting a bad service then I won’t be back it applies to all the businesses no matter where.
Can’t make one change then save your time and moving on. lol unbelievable!

The industry has changed quite a bit the last couple years. Service that include NR or BS has become the norm. On top of that the girls are expecting $100 or more instead of the $80. Yes they are getting squeezed by inflation but so are we. Well I have become more choosy with who I want to visit as well as I probably don’t go as often as I used to. i probably spend less now than before. From what I hear from even the most popular girls, they aren’t making as much as before so I’m guessing many guys have cut down, except for OG
