So after Apr 1, is it still safe for us to visit EBC?

personaly i think it’s not safe to visit all RH spas

It's safe because they never bother with the customers, they're only after the spas and and the girls working there without having proper lic. We have nothing to worry but kind of annoying when inspections came over while in sessions. I have been caught butt naked at least 6 - 7 time in every region, some officers even apologized for a brief disturbance they had caused.

Prostitution is legal in Canada , selling sex is legal in Canada. Buying sex is not. Just make sure you don't get caught paying for sex. When I was managing a spa on Yonge at 16th ave, one girl was caught giving a CG ride, they both were told to get dress and come out. The girl got charged for not wearing her mask properly exposing her nose, the customer was naked but he got his mask on properly, he was let go without any hassle.

To be fair this is exactly the kind of situation I want to avoid even if it’s “safe” for customers

Prostitution is legal in Canada , selling sex is legal in Canada. Buying sex is illegal. Just make sure you don't get caught paying for sex.

Ive also been in session twice buck naked when bylaw entered the spa..first time was just a quick license check but the the 2nd time the mpa was also naked on top of me giving PS... lol ....she was fined along with the spa ... very un-nerving ecperience ... dont want to go thru that again...

She pulled out all her fixtures that she installed. It may have been agreed to with the landlord but it’s not a usual arrangement.
What do these building owners think the use is when they rent the space to these girls will be?

Leaving store space vacant is never an option. Renting store spaces to spa is like Renting spaces to cannabis stores.at the end of The day money talks

Just had a small meeting with ByLaw officer. he told me they don't have the power to shut down the spas. They have to take us to court first and get the judge's order to be able to shut down the spas like they did 20 yrs ago. I don't think the total shut down will happen this time.

Doesn't really matter if it will be a total shutdown or not. Damages have been done. Fewer customers will be going to holistic or semi legit not too customers like to be interrupted when they about to cum. The by law officers are in the dark. You don't know when they will come and what powers they are given. People encounter with by laws are purely experiences. We don't know if they are given more power.



Converting from semi legit or holistic to legit may not help the spa to survive the crisis. Pretty sure they can't issue receipts. Even if they can, will the insurance companies delist them shortly after like e and m?

Old, but it's one that stands out in my memory because one of the guys arrested had a toddler with him in the car.

I don't see how they can just barge into a session,I would think privacy laws should protect .

TERB usually only discusses the big bodyrubs (Premier, SRM, Allure, Flirt, Seduction, Muse, etc…), or at least 95% of the time they do.. this news really won’t impact those hobbiests.
