I have not been active in the DC scene for about 5 months, so my intel may not be very accurate. However I think things in DC are the worst they have been since I started in the hobby. The providers that are open don't stay open for a good period of time. They may reopen then close again (e. G. Rio). That said, you can also find AMPs in NOVA, the MD counties around DC, and further north in Baltimore. The ones in NOVA and the MD counties generally vary in services provided, while the services the AMPs in Baltimore provide is much more robust. However, I think, in general, the girs are better looking in DC than in Baltimore, when and if they are available.

Great 1st seminar. I would like to warn you about your personal encounters. There are many outsiders/providers who have access to the forum hence you shooting yourself in the foot.

Sorry for the late review, but I have not had the proper alone time to log on to the board.

It is to the immediate right of a chinese restaraunt. Odd looking building - 4 floors. Looks vacant but it isn't. Go up to fourth floor and ring the bell. Just a warning - the stairs smell like p*ss.
