Paul, I'm not sure why this got you so upset. Leah is simply being honest about giving the customer a different kind of stroking, namely our ego. Are you saying that if I went to IT I wouldn't get a similar kind of "stroking" as in "nice to meet you" or "you have a nice touch" or "come back and see me again, I had fun" etc. Just like strip clubs the mental seduction is almost as important as the physical, if you (the customer) feel you "connected" your more likely to return,no? There's no real issue here for you. In fact, he could give you a heads up on when your MP may be raided. The real issue would be for him, especially if he is a vice cop or if he works in the same district you work in.

Hi fellow massageplanet.netites!! I need some advice ASAP. I'm currently living at my BF's because my condo is not ready yet and I have a lot of my stuff there. We've gotten like... 10 eviction orders so far and my BF's been suggesting that we move in together once my place is ready in September. The thing is, I REALLY don't want him to move in with me b/c I know I'm gonna REALLY be stuck with him then. Anyways, those of you who are interested in this crazy soap opera storyline, here's a continuation of what's happening with the whole LE situation. A few days ago, my friend woke me up at like... 12 in the afternoon and told me that she needs me to go with her somewhere because she doesn't want to go alone. She told me that one of her friends promised to go with her but bailed out at the last minute and now she couldn't find her. I asked her where she wants me to go b/c I just pulled a 12 hr shift and I really want to sleep in. She wouldn't tell me where but just to go with her so I said o.k. Anyways, she ended up driving to the courthouse and as we were pulling up, she says, "remember those 2? They're the LE guys that keep on coming to our spa trying to shut us down." And I'm just like . I quickly turned my head and told her I'm getting outta there. She's like "no, you have to stay with me. I can't go in there alone." And I'm like, "no way, they're going to recognize me." We started to argue a little 'cuz I was pissed she tricked me into going to court with her b/c she probably knew full well that I wouldn't have come if I knew where we were going. Finally, I decided to stay since she pointed out that all whackers look alike anyways with big hair, big eyes, and pouty lips so probably they won't recognize me. I guess she has a point. But still, I avoided looking at HIM the whole time 'cuz I just woke up and look like crap. Anyways, to make the long story short, we went to court and she lost her case. She was caught naked massaging an undercover and was found guilty so she had her licence revoked. She and I were both shocked because we were just expecting a suspension or something. As we were leaving, I looked up at the LE guy I liked, and for probably a tenth of a second our eyes connected. I quickly turned my head and pretty much ran out of the courtroom. I just felt so shy, I couldn't look at him. My friend was REALLY upset that she lost her licence and I could tell she wanted to cry. I was upset too because I really like working with her. So I told her to not tell the boss what happened and just continue working like usual. The most they can do is come in and charge her with working without a licence anyways. Then she can do what I did in the past... just throw the tickets in the garbage. That seemed to make her happier.

Anyways, all MPAs out there... If you have to go to court these day regarding your licence (non-criminal) don't bother paying for a lawyer b/c they're going to find you guilty no matter what just to take your licence away. My friend wasted $2500 for nothing!! And she and her lawyer did really well in court too. I think they just want to revoke everybody's licence. I'm glad I wasn't the one up there b/c I have such a big mouth, I'd just go blah, blah, blah, all the information out. My friend was pretty good; when she didn't want to answer their question, she just told them she didn't understand what they're trying to ask. And she kept her answers short.

So that's the latest scoop. Anyways, back to the BF problem. Anybody has any good suggestions on how I can stop my BF from moving in with me without breaking up with him? And should I pay his rent AGAIN so he doesn't get evicted b/c if he does, then I'm REALLY gonna be stuck with him 'cuz he's gonna have nowhere else to go.

I tried to be supportive and offer sound advice when you first posted. However, upon reading this latest post my only advice is still sound advice, but not kind:

GROW UP.

Take a stand. Make some tough decisions. Be an adult. Have a serious conversation.

Stop paying your boyfriend's rent. Dump the loser. Staying with someone that you're not interest in even one day longer than necessary is unfair to you, and completely unfair and disrespectful to him. At the very least, sit him down, tell him how you feel, and then the two of you can try to work out a solution.

Since I got some extra $ in my pockets these days ('cuz I'm not giving my bf all my money anymore), I decided to go back to Psychic #1 (out of curiousity) to ask her the question: why she needs to know my name and birthdate if she's psychic. But somehow, when she has that person's name and birthdate and she touches that person's hand, she starts to hear voices. She doesn't "see" ghosts or anything, she just hears voices. Kinda like that psychic (played by Whoopi Goldberg) in the movie "Ghost". She's accurate but her powers are limited. She can only tell you things that will happen within one year. She can tell you names but not too much stuff although what she does tell you is usually 100% true. I like her because she always gives me good advice and warns me against certain things. Anyways, since I didn't want to waste $70 just asking her why she needs to know my name if she's suppose to be psychic, I decided to go for a mini-reading. She told me that actually, I'm going to be dating someone new whom I'm really going to fall in love with before this month is over. (Actually, that means before October 5th. For some reason, with her, the month doesn't end on the 30th/31st. It always ends on the 5th of the following month. Don't ask me why.) She says I will be stuck talking with this person and I will be put in a situation where I can't just run away like I usually do. (Maybe a client or something?? I guess I can't exactly dash out of the room!!) Two names kept on coming up: Shawn (or John, she couldn't hear clearly) and Paul.. She says since these 2 names kept on coming up, it probably means 2 guys will be going after me and I'll probably have to choose 1 of them. (Actually, that's not really good news for me b/c I hate choosing. I like decisions made for me). She says the guy she sees me with next will be about 5'11/6 foot, really nice built, hair cut pretty short, not black hair but not blonde. Possibly German, French or Greek background. And with beautiful eyes, just like my bf's. (MMmmm.... sounds yummy already.) She also advised me to break up with my bf AFTER I get all my stuff out of his place otherwise, I will NEVER see ANY of my stuff again. And that he will NOT be willing to let me go so easily. She saw him fighting for me, realizing that he had taken me for granted all these years and him trying to win me back. She also warned me that he will try to get me pregnant b/c then, he'll know I wouldn't leave him. Anyways, that was 4 days ago. After the reading, honestly, I've been really happy for the past 4 days. I'm like, "Awesome... someone new whom I'm gonna be crazy about". But strangely, this morning, when I woke up, I started crying my eyes out (I cried for about about 2 hours). The thought of breaking up with my bf just made me REALLY sad b/c he was the first man whom I REALLY loved and who I would've done ANYTHING for at one point in time. But I know things HAVE to end. I just can't keep on living the way I've been living.

And rusty... you were right. My whacker friend who "quit" the business came back to work already. Turned out the guy she "fell in love with" was married. (Hope it won't be the same for me!! Usually, what happens to her happens to me but a month later.)

And wumpscut... I know you found it a bit odd that I'm a whacker but yet I'm SOOOO shy when it comes to men, but honestly, I've only had 2 relationships in the last 10 years. That's why I don't know how to act when I'm around guys anymore, especially the ones that I'm attracted to. At work, it's different. I HAVE TO go into the room so I do. I CAN'T just run away. And plus, I talk about the same stuff with all my clients, so it's like a routine. In the real world, I CAN run away. If someone approaches me at a party or something and I get frightened for whatever reason, I just tell them that I'm going to the bathroom and for them to wait for me where they are and I just take off. I think that's why the last 2 bf's I had were both former clients. I was stuck talking in the room with them b/c I HAD to.

Anyways, fellow massageplanet.netites... If you don't hear from me for the next while, it probably means I'm too busy dating my new man. I'll probably come back just to give you guys a brief update. all relationships have a pattern. the begining, the climax, the end. keep it in mind that nothing lasts forever, and they all turn out this way in there own length of time. That being said it would be ideal if we could break the pattern of creating this attachment for outside things (including other people) because in time we will be disappointed when it ends. Things we dont want to happen happen and things we want to happen often will not, we have no control.
My advice, be happy with nothing and you will have everything.

Thanks "wumpscut" for standing up for me. I know a lot of people thinks it's silly to waste money on psychics but I believe that whatever makes you happy and makes you feel better, (and as long as it doesn't hurt anyone), then do it. I'd much rather waste my money on my psychics right now than to give another dime to that lazy bf of mine. Actually, he asked me today for $700. I told him to go get a job and he's just went . I'm so happy that I'm finally standing up for myself. When I look back now, I feel that I've been so weak to have let him walk all over me the way he had. What was I thinking???!!!! If I could make a few suggestions

1) start a long term plan, since obviously you don't plan on doing this forever.
