Thanks for your concern. I can assure you that I'm not troubled, but the rudeness of the manager of the spa really upset me and led to my anger outburst. Initially I asked her very nicely about Anna, as I'm sure you can see from the history of the thread. Being nice clearly did not yield results with this pathetic woman, hence the outburst. She ignored me when I asked her nicely, so I resorted to being nasty with her. I make no apology to her for that. Still, I appreciate your concern, but I can assure you that I'm not in that predicament.
