I already explained how extras work so your example makes no sense. They're getting paid for an added service in the room and not their time. Their time is supposed to be covered by the door fee. Of course they are those girls who prefer to bang out 30 min sessions, but i usually try to avoid those.

And this set up is how all semi legit spas work, so you're pretty much trying to change the entire industry.

You're more than welcome to tip more depending on your session length though. To each his own.
