Very disappointed. I booked a 10 am 1 hr appointment with Kristin drove 45 mins to get here to find out that she's busy until 10:15 and that she's also booked for 10:30 with someone else. Manager said she booked me with someone else because I asked if Kristin does bjs and she doesn't. Not what I asked for at all. What a waste of time driving here.

Wow, it is a bad experience. So everyone can learn from that, make sure to confirm appointment before long driving. In my experience,Yuky usually manage the schedule pretty well. But real world never be perfect

I've been coming here for 2 years and I've always called to make appointments. I've had so many frustrating experiences here where I make an appointment with a girl and she's either late or doesn't show up that day. When the girls are late I usually get rushed because of the next booking. I always book 1 hour massages and then they act like giving me 30 or 40 mins is fine to accommodate the next person.

Th is one of the more difficult business to control w demanding customers and unpredictable staff

I would suggest you have a conversation with Yuki there really isn’t anything she can do about it now but she sincerely cares and is not in the business
of making her clients unhappy

Hi nick, when you called you ask me wether Kristin can do bj, I said no, but you can talk with her in person. And you said ok if she doesn't you will go with cecelia. That's what our conversation. Her last appointment is delayed. I wanna call you to let you know but you call with unknown number.

There are two times your appointment delayed because Luna who is the Latino girls working long time before. She wake up so late. We are so sorry about that. You are regular here. We try our best to take care you. If any way we misunderstood. My apologies.
