You're saying CNN has local affiliates, wow that's news to me. MSNBC doesn't either, they are treated separately from their NBC parent. They are cable opinion shows masquerading as factual news channels. Except they are averse to facts.
They have both. Much like a newspaper, they have a particular editorial bias. So does FNC, but they employ a larger number of analysts who run segments in which they interview other talking heads and are more wont to lie by commission than omission.

CNN's local affiliates seem to be mostly ABC or CBS local stations from what I can see. Makes sense they are all in cahoots anyway. Since 2015 MSNBC has tried to make itself look like a hard news channel but as we all know Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid, Chris Hayes, Lawrence O'Donnell and to some extent Brian Williams are all news opinion hosts.
