Yes, a no extras spa, has port holes on the door. Not easy.
But if you know how, anything is possible.
I have visited several times, 95% of the times have got extras. Once I have even managed a quickie with a girl there when she too became horny.

I have been lucky there with both NE and locals, quickie with local. Generally NEs there don't provide extras. Problem is that the therapists there change quite often. Once you establish rapport with one and start getting decent extras, you will find she has moved away. Decent ambience and decent massage - if you want that, package may be worthwhile. Towels sometimes stink.
