I just work out for my own health and enjoyment. Personally, I enjoy cardio (running, biking, swimming) over weights. I'm overweight but my faves say I'm fine, especially compared to most of their customers (and they definitely wouldn't hold back in telling me the truth as they actually enjoy knocking me down LOL). But I think with the milfs, as long as you're average, it's all good...your personality is more important.

Cash, hygiene, weight, grooming and disposition . Working out and a good healthy diet goes a long way. Just going for a daily walk for you fat fucks is all you need to do to start. It is not rocket science and it does not require any money to exercise. Go to the malls in the morning and you will see all kinds of people walking at a brisk pace up and down the walk ways before all the stores open up. Put down the processed food and stay away from sugar.

I agree. Fortunately I'm not that bad. For my age group, I can probably beat 99% of the 'normal' guys out there in a triathlon event. Mind you, that's mostly because most guys are out of shape or are only good in one of the three...

I just went to Walmart and they are out of stock of eggs, milk, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, pasta etc.

I knew the shrimp and steak food items would still be in stock, so I bought those. I will be eating well for the next 7 days.

I had to go to the pharmacy to get facial tissue and eggs. I also knew the low-lives that are stocking up on 'essentials' are too lazy to go to the pharmacy as it is out of the way.

I wanted to bring my wife with me so she could cough every 30 seconds and scare others away, being that she is Asian, but she felt too lazy to come, so I was lonely again, out by myself.

I was only able to get skim milk as that's all the store had in stock. I like my milk thick, but hey, beggars cant be choosers.

Keep the milk past the best before date, it will thicken. After that contact your internet provider and cancel the service.

Like to be with and staying for money is a different story. Lots of girls stay with guys they don't like just to survive or to milk their money.

I went for a daily walk in Scotland for 2 weeks. 2 hour walks. Checking out things. lost 8 pounds.

2 hours is a long walk to be doing every day...

Took advantage of the nice weather recently to go for my first outdoor run. Took over 1hr to do 10K (as measured by my Apple Watch)...ideally, I should be less than 1hr but it was first time out so taking it easy...

Already in the works...but to be honest, we've gone out before. Never to a park though...and today was the first time seeing her house too.

You cant walk 10km in 1 hour. No fucking way.

The 4 minute mile was a threshold that was difficult to overcome until recently, so it would take a great athlete to pace themselves and do 10 km in less than 30 minutes. Thats running for fuck sakes.

You are still unlikely to run even 1/2 the speed of an Olympic runner. They do it in 27 to 29 minutes.

LOL, that was my recent time...it's actually very average and not good at all for serious runners. My best time would be around 58 mins but I don't do that very often...and would need the wind behind me most of the way . In a triathlon event, running would be my weakest leg, followed by cycling. Swimming would be my strongest.
