Wholesale and retail essential oils

I have mostly purchased my oil supplies from a particular company (not going to name any names) as they have a separate wholesale and retail price list. However, I have ordered one or two things from other suppliers.

Deciding to try one of these other suppliers again, I called them up with my order and they told me that they had me down as a recreational user (sounds like an addiction [&:]). When I corrected them and told them I was an aromatherapist, they told me that they had a separate wholesale price list (not published on their website) and I should send copies of my qualification to be able to order from it.

I'm just wondering now, how many other oil suppliers have separate 'private' wholesale price lists that we are not aware of. Obviously now, I know to ask, but other than calling each one up, how would we know?

Usually when you go to these websites you will see a link about trade supplies. I remember this one. I emailed my details and they gave me a password.

It isn't usually a problem. If you go to the ATC website then they have all the suppliers they recommend on their and they all do trade.

There are plenty to choose from.

Hi Lesley and Candie,

The essential oil industry is pretty competative online.

I would imagine it isn't in the supplier interest to give away the best details to any-Joe-off-the-net.

There is always a way of getting a better deal from the supplier if they feel your going to come back. I'd image that was the difference Lesley when you supplier released.

Lesley, to your self, is organic certification important when you choose an oil?
