Her service is always consistent and the same every where no matter where she works, even at her own spa.

Every new girl has to go through our screening process. We gave them 2-3 weeks as probation period. If feedbacks are no good and no repeat customers, we let them go. Simple as that.

This new girl is a keeper. The first guy who saw her yesterday already booked her for Monday.

Kiddo, this is not the first time I have done that for very young girls. I had done the same with little sweet Angel aka Kathy at E&M as well when she asked me for help. I let her work only 4 months in the room just to help pay off her dad's gambling debts in China. They both are too young to be in this business

You're not getting the point here. There is a big difference between shilling for spa bosses , grown up adults and getting young girls into sex industry. I even thought about talking out another young girl at Warden and Hwy7 spa , but I wasn't managing that spa and she was already in the business for a few months already.
