Btw, some RH spas will likely operate in stealth mode with lights and sign turned off. If you like a particular spa, my suggestion would be to go in the next few days and make sure they know who you are. If you are already a regular customer and the owner knows you, then you should be fine.

Yeh, I saw my portfolio drop like 20% or so at one point mid 2020. But that was all just on paper and not a real loss. I didn’t panic sell and just stayed on course since I knew I’d be turning a paper loss into a real loss. My advisors were contacting everyone with blanket communication blasts reminding people to stay the course pulling up all kind of research of past downturns about how well people that stayed the course did vs. those who panic sold. I was like “no shit”. It’s sometimes hard to take the emotions out of the investing game.

Well...there will be no line up. Do you recall how lots of spas were operating during the Covid shut down days ? . It will be pretty much like that. I have keys for 3-4 spas that time and I was seeing 3 - 4 regulars every week during Covid shut down days.

Unlike the lockdown, spas beside Richmond Hill are open and by laws there are not inspecting as often. Don't forgot most if not all the Richmond Hill customers have access to a farm travel a bit more will not be much of a hassel
