I only booked 40 minutes so $ 150 (paid at front counter) for that plus $ 50 tip for the BBBJ. To me that is a pretty "standard" Premier tip scale $ 50 for BJ in room and $ 100 for CFS in room

I did not ask about FS but probably available, someone else would have to comment if they have gone that way
