1. I am not a dancer either. I got excellent advice and practical demonstration from @AlwaysAshwin last year on how to "stand" at the right position to encourage a girl to grind against you while dancing. Before that I would sit and watch girls dancing. In order to take advantage of this strategy, you need to pick an appropriate table/spot which is next to a wall, pillar or a large speaker/subwoofer so that you can either lean against it or sit on it (in case of speaker/subwoofer).
2. I chat and flirt with girls between dances. I try to get a feel of their personality. I keep the conversation focused on the girl without revealing too much detail about myself. This downtime between dances is utilized for getting numbers and exchanging initial WhatsApp messages etc... generally speaking - make the girls feel special (" lakdi ko jhaad pe chadhana"). This is also the perfect time for groping/fondling in DBs that allow such stuff like Kishore, Mayur and Rasna.
